Shady Peak is an original supernatural/mystery webcomic written and illustrated for vertical scroll reading. Panel spacing is used to intentionally control pacing. This webcomic was originally launched on Tapas as a short-run test of audience engagement. The project was later shelved in favor of a more developed story, but the pages remain a showcase of scroll-format storytelling.
